Sick Food: Prawn Stir Fry & Vermicelli Rice Noodles

Things you'll need:

Cooking Oil (I use a homemade oil which is Rapeseed Oil with Garlic, Sundried Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Dried Chillies, Whole Black Peppercorns & Bayleaves added)
Raw Peeled King Prawns
Tenderstem Brocolli
Babycorn
Spring Onions
Red Chilli
Lime Pepper
Fish Sauce
Crushed Chilli Flakes
Vermicelli Rice Noodles

Preparation Time: Approx. 3 mins.
Cooking Time: Approx. 7 mins.

Instructions:

Heat a small amount of oil in a wok (ideally) or large frying pan

While oil is heating chop vegetables into small chunks

Once oil is hot add the vegetables to the wok and stir and "flip" constantly

Fry for 3 minutes then add the King Prawns

Add Lime Pepper and Dried Chilli Flakes, if you want a "hotter" taste
Add a splash of Fish Sauce and stir in

Continue to stir fry for a further 3 minutes

As soon as you've added the Prawns and condiments boil the kettle and, once boiled, add Vermicelli Noodles to a bowl and cover completely with water

Leave noodles to stand for 3 minutes

Drain noodles and serve to plate or bowl
Remove wok from heat and serve stir fry on top of or to side of noodles
